We had a gas leak and Little’s Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. They had a handy dandy gas leak sniffer detector and sure enough, we had a major leak! We have an older home where the gas lines we ran under the concrete basement floor. Little’s ran a new heavy duty line in a MUCH smarter way. They had great communication and follow up. They also provided me with a quote to add a/c air conditioning to our home. The price was VERY competitive and we hope to tackle this with them in the spring.

Littles heating and cooling has been a huge help! We bought a fixer upper that needed some work and we have hired littles heating and cooling three times so far for our projects. Our old water heater was 20+ years old, now we have a brand new one that works far better! Our upstairs bathroom had no ventilation, Jordan created a spot and installed the bathroom light fan and installed a vent outside the house for the air flow. The downstairs bathroom had a spot for a vent but needed all new equipment to make it functional and proper, Jordan took care of all of that as well! He has done an incredible job on all three of our projects and we will be hiring him again soon when we need to replace our AC unit! Highly recommend littles heating and cooling!

I went on Facebook seeking a second opinion on our furnace because we were told that we needed a new heat exchange by a well known company. Our water heater was literally 26 years old, a Bradford White that served us incredibly well. We finally decided it was time to replace it. A local home inspector I trust highly recommended Little’s Heating and Cooling, describing them as a small company that does exceptional quality work. He was absolutely right. I texted Jordan on a Friday night while he was out of state, not expecting a response until later. He replied anyway. He asked me to send a few photos of the water heater, and when I went downstairs, I immediately saw it was leaking from the bottom. Not good. Even while out of town for the weekend, Jordan took the time to text back and forth, calmly walk me through the situation, and reassure me. He arranged for his partner to be at our home the very next morning by 10 am. Right on time, Seth arrived. He was professional, courteous, and impressively efficient. He completed the installation himself in under two hours, and the workmanship was extremely clean and well done. From first contact to finished install, the experience was responsive, honest, and high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Little’s Heating and Cooling.

I had an emergency situation on a Sunday when my water heater sprung a leak. Jordan was amazing from talking me through the process to shut off the water. (Yes, I should have known) He then came on that same day and installed a new water heater in a very short amount of time. My furnace was not heating up. I was dreading it, mainly because I didn’t want to have some big HVAC company coming out and just trying to get me to buy an overpriced furnace that I may not need. I then came across Jordan Little with Little's Heating and Cooling. From the first conversation Jordan was eager and ready to answer any and all questions I had. He tentatively listened to all that I was experiencing with my furnace. He was willing to at first just help me through the phone triage a couple different things as it could’ve been something simple. Good work and honest business. I had another quote from another HVAC service where they "misdiagnosed" the problem and were going to overcharge me to fix it. Jordan came by, figured out what was actually wrong, swapped out the part, fixed another part of my system that previous contractors had done a "hack fix" and got everything up and running smoothly again for a reasonable price. My AC unit was running, but wasn't cooling. Due to the heat, I was looking for a same day service so I contacted one of the larger companies in our area. After receiving 2 quotes just under $1K, I decided to get another quote. Little's Heating and Cooling was recommended by a neighbor. I called early afternoon and Jordan was able to make it out just after 5pm. I described the issue with the AC unit. He knew exactly what to check. Jordan checked the unit with me present, then explained the issue. The cost to fix the unit was reasonable and he didn't add on a service charge like the initial company did. The ac unit has been working great. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and charged a fair price for the service and repair. Little's will be my go to HVAC contractor moving forward.
